As a team, we've been through a lot. We've weathered Hurricanes Harvey, Katrina and Rita together. We've seen sicknesses, new family additions, and family losses. All of these things have taught us not only the human side of owning a business but also the need to be able to do our jobs effectively as a team amidst difficult circumstances.
Over the years, we've implemented and rehearsed a plan that would allow our design, development, marketing, and sales teams to keep on working in situations like these. For example, we’ve set up everyone on our team with high-powered laptops and docking stations in favor of hard-wired desktop computers. We've employed the use of video conferencing in place of face-to-face meetings for new and existing clients. We've set up duplicate home working environments in a way that allows us to keep business running as usual, without missing a beat.
We want you to know we are here for you, and business will continue to run as normal. We’re also aware that most businesses will face serious challenges. We are ready to help your business adapt to these new circumstances. So when you’re on a call with us, you may hear some noisy children or obnoxious dogs in the background, but know we are doing our absolute best to navigate and help you navigate through these circumstances so we can all come out stronger in the end.
